- Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil. This is the first step to preparing perfect cabbage leaves.
- Carefully add cabbage leaves to the boiling water. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they become soft and pliable.
- Drain the cabbage leaves and set them aside to cool slightly. Patience is key in this process.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cooked rice, chopped onion, egg, salt, and pepper.
